As candidates are identified, we pre-screen all talent against your requirements prior to submitting CVs. ​

It’s our responsibility — not yours — to ensure that the CVs we send over match your requirements. Too many recruiters rely on hiring managers or HR staff to do their job.​

CVs for pre-screened and qualified candidates are also sent over immediately so you can secure the best talent as quickly as possible. ​

Once you have confirmed that a candidate is viable, we’ll set up the interview. Afterwards we’ll debrief with the hiring manager as well as the candidate, and provide timely feedback to all parties.​

IV. Wrap-up

At Optimal, we do not step away once the right candidate has been identified. Instead, we help you and the candidate complete the process by:​
